A Note Before Enrolling
If you're interested in taking this course, please first check whether breast massage practice is legal in your state or jurisdiction. Regulations around this type of bodywork vary widely by location, and some states have specific licensing or certification requirements. It's your responsibility to confirm you're able to legally practice these techniques where you live before enrolling.
-
This course is designed for practitioners who are women, trans, nonbinary, or genderqueer. We do not currently offer this training to cisgender men.
This isn't about doubting anyone's professionalism — it's about the client trust and comfort that breast massage work requires, and the practical realities of how clients seek out and vet practitioners for this kind of session. Given the sensitivity of this work, we've made the decision to keep the practitioner community aligned with those considerations.
If you have questions about whether this course is right for you, feel free to reach out before enrolling.

This course is intended for:
Licensed Massage Therapists (LMTs) — for direct application of breast massage techniques with clients
Lactation Consultants (IBCLCs, CLCs) — for supporting clients with engorgement, ductal narrowing, and milk flow
Nurses (RNs, LPNs) — for clinical and postpartum care contexts
-
This course is educational and does not itself grant a license to practice — students are responsible for practicing within their state's defined scope of practice for massage therapists or bodyworkers.
-
A note that practitioners should use written informed consent forms that pertain to their state governing massage board with clients before any session, especially for sensitive-area work, and keep documentation on file.
