The 4-day Prenatal Massage Intensive

Day 1: Fundamentals

The foundation day. We cover the benefits, precautions, and contraindications of prenatal massage, how to recognize physiological changes and high-risk symptoms, and separate pregnancy massage myth from fact. You'll also begin practicing postural assessment and safe positioning and draping.

Day 2: Hands-On Demo

A full day of technique. Watch live demonstrations of sidelying, prone, and semi-reclined bodywork, then begin practicing belly massage, diaphragm release, and body mechanics that protect you while creating ease and space for your client.

Day 3: Student Application of Series

Now it's your turn to apply what you've learned. Practice the full series with guided feedback, including pelvic alignment, SI joint and pelvic floor release, acupressure and energetic assessment, and trimester-specific adaptations for labor preparation.

Day 4: Prenatal Clinic

The day it all comes together. Work with real clients in a 1.5-hour supervised prenatal clinic with individualized feedback, learn client intake and medical release protocols, and round out your training with postpartum floor series and practical marketing guidance — followed by your written exam and certificate of completion.
