About the sessions

Each appointment begins with an assessment and conversation about your goals. No two sessions are the same, just as no two days in the body are exactly alike. Every treatment is thoughtfully tailored using therapeutic massage, myofascial techniques, lymphatic support, nervous system regulation, and specialized pelvic health care when appropriate.

We honor this individuality through therapeutic resourcing techniques that may include cupping, gua sha, hot stones, herbal compresses, and castor oil packs when clinically appropriate. These modalities are woven into your session as needed, or as you request, to support your care and enhance treatment outcomes. Every tool used is included in the session price — there is no add-on fee for the use of cupping, gua sha, herbal compresses, or castor oil packs..

I exclusively use organic body and skincare oils and creams, many of which are infused with herbal plant extracts chosen to support circulation, tissue health, and enhance therapeutic effect.
